Welcome to our Summer Retreat: 3 days Getaway!!
This retreat is calling all women and LGBT+ community, everywhere to slow down, rest, and nourish their souls! A retreat dedicates uninterrupted space to slow down, rest, learn together, build relationships, laugh, have fun, and enjoy solitude.
Immerse yourself in meditation + journal + sound healing + cacao ceremony + fire gathering.
This retreat is for all women and LGBT+ community to nourish, exhale, and be in a supportive and safe space.
We come together to sit in a circle, to release, laugh, cry and rejuvenate.
With Ashley as our container, we will spend each day exploring different ways to connect with our mind, body and soul. We will immerse ourselves in guided meditations, journaling, sound healing, movements, and ceremonies to show love to ourselves.
You will have solo time to enjoy the facilities, and/or go hiking in nature.
